Okay, first of all, basework is where I get a naked (but it doesn't show anything), bald base and draw on the clothes/hair.
I only drew the clothes and hair! Other people drew the rest!! I found these bases on DeviantArt.com, so check out the bases on that site. I love the one with the Naruto knives, so I use it on the site background. It was made by ~FreeKissForAll34 on DeviantART.
